(More customer reviews)It never caught a mouse. The trap door seemed to be too short to allow mouse to drop in. I tried different ways to present bait but always the same result. The bait was gone but so were the mice. I tried sending it back but the person said they would not send mailing label. Since it would cost almost as much as the refund I just put it back in the box to give away.
