(More customer reviews)I have used the Macabee Gopher Trap on several occasions in the past.Iwas fortunate to have a neighbor that allowed me to borrow a pair prior topurchasing my own.
No rodent trap is a pleasure to use since they canbe brutal in action but, the Macabee Gopher Trap is quick and effective. Some care must be exercised in setting these traps.It takes considerableeffort and dexterity to get them set properly and you wouldn't want to getvaluable body parts accidentally seized by one of these traps.
Thealternative is poison. With family animals and other wildlife that couldingest poison by consuming the gopher, that really isn't an option.
Gophers can be incredibly destructive.Besides damaging the yard andeating plant roots, the will attack buried plastic water service lines andsprinkler piping.The Macabee Gopher Trap solved my gopher problem in avery effective way with the least environmental impact.

(More customer reviews)We have recently had rats in our basement eating everthing. We tried all kinds of traps with no luck. We bought the Victor Electronic rat trap from our local hardware store. It taked 4 c batteries and will last up to about 12 to 20 rats. In the first 24 hours we had caught 4 rats. Two days later we had a total of 6 rats caught. We paid $40.00 plus $5.00 for batteries and it is worth every penny. No meses to clean up, you just just give a little shake and the rat falls into the trash can. Best rat trap ever.
